Action Research
The purpose of the Action Research module is to equip undergraduate students and preservice teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement an action research methodology to investigate problems of practice.
Community Engaged Research
The purpose of the Community Engaged Research module is to equip undergraduate students and preservice teachers with the knowledge of community engaged research and the skills to participate in community engaged research.
Global Competencies
The purpose of the Global Competencies module is to equip undergraduate students and preservice teachers with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to understand and address local and global as well as intercultural concerns.
Quantitative Data Analysis
The purpose of the Quantitative Data Analysis module is to introduce and discuss ways that educators analyze quantitative data to be responsive to the needs of learners; introduce learners to the Civil Rights Data Collection.
Research as Inquiry
The purpose of the Research as Inquiry module is to introduce and define the features of research as a systematic inquiry. The module is anchored in the Inquiry Processing Cycle to help support the learners to begin the process of research.
Systems Thinking Research
The purpose of the Systems Thinking Research module is to prepare undergraduate students to utilize systems thinking research to educate themselves and others on global issues in the local context.
